Technologies
Geothermal Energy. The company developed the CDM methodology for geothermal heating, and innovatively established a comprehensive technology system integrating geothermal exploration, drilling, and automation control technologies. We successfully drilled the first 5,000-meter deep and high-temperature geothermal exploration well in China, which propelled medium and deep geothermal technology to the forefront of the world.
Hydrogen Energy. China's inaugural 10,000-tonne photovoltaic green hydrogen demonstration project was completed and put into operation, providing a replicable and scalable showcase for the development of the domestic photovoltaic green hydrogen industry. The design and manufacture of key core equipment for hydrogen purification with independent intellectual property rights were accomplished. We developed membrane electrodes with in-house catalyst as the active component, meeting the performance requirements for commercialization, and the self-assembled electric stack passed the test conducted by a third-party professional company.
New Materials. Utilizing complete sets of high-performance liquid rubber industrial technology, the Company constructed a 5,000-tonne/year industrial plant. We also developed liquid rubber for high-frequency copper-clad laminates and flexible resin plates for 5G communication. The achievement marked the commercial production and large-scale application of high-performance liquid rubber in the field of optoelectronic information, filling the gaps in the domestic industry. The 5,000-tonne/year hydrogenated nitrile butyronitrile (HNBR) plant, employing self-developed technology, successfully commenced operations at one go. The product indexes and quality reached the international advanced level, facilitating the batch application of the products. The pilot plant of polyolefin elastomer (POE) successfully developed various product grades for photovoltaic film, resin modification, and foaming. These products found successful applications in photovoltaic film plants, modification plants, and shoe manufacturers. We accelerated the penetration of carbon fiber composites into the market, achieving batch applications in wind power, rail transportation, and other fields. Breakthroughs were made in key technologies of carbon fiber thermoplastic composites for domestic aviation. The world's first 10,000-tonne iron butyl rubber plant successfully realized industrial trial production. All high-performance tires passed quality control tests and were available for sale.
