On February 15, Sinopec Star Co., Ltd. and Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly advance geothermal energy development and technological innovation.

Sinopec keeps the largest scale of geothermal development in China, and PGE is a leading geothermal developer in Indonesia. In future, the two companies will work together to promote the high-quality development of the geothermal industry, and advance the clean energy transition in Indonesia and beyond.
