Hi, I’m Raneem, I joined Sinopec SIPSC Saudi Arabia in 2022 as an HR assistant working on employee registration and document filing. With the kind help of my colleagues, I gained hands-on experience of data analysis, compliance, and recruitment.  

In my second year, I took on contract management, handling over 1,000 employee contracts a year. This year, I’ve expanded my work to employee information management, further sharpening my skills.
