All of its actions and initiatives have been closely aligned with the overarching goals of building China into a major power and realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation, making significant contributions to the country's economic and social development. In October 2024, Sinopec held a landmark event to showcase its achievements in high-quality development and to honor the recipients of the "Touching Sinopec" award. The event was held in full alignment with the guiding principles of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. It also commemorated the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the third anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Shengli Oilfield, and the first anniversary of his visit to Jiujiang Company.
