He previously served as Deputy Manager of Sinopec Jinan Company; General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Jinan Company; General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Anqing Petrochemical General Plant of Sinopec Group;  General Manager of Sinopec Anqing Company; Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Anqing Municipal Committee (a temporary position); General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company;  Representative and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company; Deputy Chief Economist, Director General of Organization Department of the Leading Party Member Group, Director General of the Office of the Organizational Structure Establishment Committee of the Leading Party Member Group, and President of Human Resource Department of Sinopec Group.
