Sinopec has achieved a new breakthrough with its green new materials in the international high-end cosmetics packaging market. Recently, Sinopec’s bio-based polypropylene (PP) products were recognized by a leading company in the cosmetics packaging industry, resulting in the first bulk purchase.

Made from renewable resources such as bio-oils, the product is produced using Sinopec’s independently developed polymerization technology. Compared with traditional fossil-based polyolefins, it can reduce carbon emissions by 40%. With excellent transparency and mechanical strength, it fully meets the stringent requirements for high-end cosmetic packaging.
