During the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Center for Environmental Education and Communications of Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China and the C Team jointly released “2025 Beautiful China Case Studies of Distinguished Green Users for Space”. The case “Building a carbon-neutral energy station” submitted by Sinopec Sales CO., Ltd. Hainan Oil Branch was inscribed on the list!

This energy station has established a carbon-neutral demonstration site through a one-stop comprehensive energy supply solution of “photovoltaic + refueling + gas +EV charging”, promoting diversified supply of green energy with a 261.45-kilowatt photovoltaic power station. In recent years, Sinopec Sales CO., Ltd. Hainan Oil Branch has been actively promoting the implementation of solar power projects. Currently, it has completed the installation of photovoltaic panels at 214 energy stations, with a total installed capacity of 7.9 megawatts and a total power generation of nearly 20 million kilowatt-hours.
