On July 28, Sinopec completed customs clearance for its first export of refined oil products to Kyrgyzstan, totaling 300 tonnes. The first batch of No. 0 automotive diesel was transported via the Torugart Port, with the remainder to follow in batches.

This export marks Sinopec's establishment of an overland energy export corridor from Xinjiang to Central Asia, representing a major breakthrough in its international operation of refined oil products.
