Recently, Sinopec Tilenga EPSCC Project has won an award for its outstanding performance in skill training and local job creation at the 5th National Content Conference and Awards in Uganda. Sinopec's engineering subsidiary in Uganda has done a remarkable job in welder skills training, local job content maximization and professional engineer training. 

Sinopec International Petroleum Service Co.(Uganda) Ltd. is the only Chinese company that wins the local content award of its kind in Uganda this year. 

More than 900 Ugandan employees have received training from Sinopec in the past two years. In the future, Sinopec will continue to enhance local employees training and promote economic development of Uganda.
