The project covered an area of 5,748 hectares and included the restoration and upgrading of 15 existing blocks, the construction of 4 new blocks, the dredging and repairing of the main and northern canals, the dredging of the main ditches, and the reinforcement of the embankments. Upon completion, the project is expected to greatly improve the area's irrigation and drainage facilities, thereby boosting local agricultural productivity. In 2023, the branch donated essential medical equipment to Douala Laquintinie Hospital, including medical air compressors, anesthesia machines, wall-mounted oxygen units, electronic baby scales, and endotracheal intubation, which played an important role in improving the survival rate of newborns, enhancing treatment efficiency, and increasing the hospital's capacity to accommodate more patients.

To further support local communities in improving their water supply, the branch has taken the lead in implementing two social welfare projects, drilling two water wells and helping the Lower Bokoko Community in expanding water infrastructure, thereby alleviating water shortages, providing safe drinking water, improving public health, and reducing the incidence and spread of waterborne diseases.
