On March 23rd,  China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation ("Sinopec Corp." or the "Company") (HKEX: 386; SSE: 600028) unveiled its annual results for FY2024. In accordance with IFRS, the Company’s revenue reached RMB 3.07 trillion. Profit attributable to shareholders of the Company was RMB 48.94 billion. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.404. Taking into account shareholders’ return, the total annual cash dividend amounted to RMB 0.286 per share (tax-inclusive). Aggregating the share repurchase amount during the year, total payout ratio of FY2024 reached 75%.
