Transformation
Oil and Gas E&P Technology. We tackled the precise characterization of fault folds and fractures, along with efficient drilling and completion techniques, to support the efficient and continuous production of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in Xujiahe, West Sichuan. We deepened our theoretical understanding of Jurassic exploration and development, leading to the discovery of new types of continental facies shale oil and gas reservoirs. We also innovated the development model and efficient technology system for three-dimensional well networks in continental facies shale oil.
Petroleum Refining Technology. We continued to advance research in "oil to chemicals" technology, and successfully commissioned the world's first 3 million-tonne/year high-efficiency catalytic cracking unit for heavy oil. Positive progress was achieved in the application of "oil to specialties" products, and our independently developed phase change materials were successfully applied numerous times. All series of bio-based products received certification from the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB).
Chemicals & Materials Technology. The world's first CHP epoxybutane plant and slurry bed anthraquinone hydrogen peroxide production plant successfully started up. The implementation of new green caprolactam technology provided strong support for the relocation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry chain in Hunan. We pioneered the transformation of the first 200,000-tonne/year cyclohexene esterification hydrogenation to cyclohexanone technology. Additionally, we established a pilot plant platform for carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol, achieving a methanol yield at the forefront domestically. The proportion of high-value-added products continued to increase, effectively supporting the adjustment of the industrial product structure.
Utility Technology. Demonstration deployment of intelligent refueling robots was achieved. The key technology for the intelligent and safe operation of catalytic cracking units effectively enhanced the level of intrinsic safety.
