The 12th Science and Technology Day of Algeria’s Sonatrach opened in Oran on June 24. As a diamond sponsor, Sinopec participated in the event and exchanged ideas with global peers on the future of energy. 

Sinopec’s representative had an in-depth discussion with Sonatrach executives and international experts at the sub-forum on Reserves Increment and EOR, giving an introduction of Sinopec’s innovations in oil and gas technologies. 

The event deepened China-Algeria energy partnership and aligned the green development goals of both sides. Looking ahead, Sinopec will expand cooperation with Algerian counterparts in oil and gas, renewable energy and hydrogen energy, so as to jointly drive regional energy advancements.
