Hello everyone, I am Karungi Christine. In 2023, I had the privilege of being one of the inaugural female trainees in the welder training program for Sinopec's Uganda Tilenga Project. Through systematic training, I acquired professional welding skills and successfully passed the promotion assessment.❤

This training has helped me recognize that women can excel in the field of welding. I'm grateful to Sinopec for providing me with this opportunity, which has allowed me to enhance my family’s quality of life with my skills and unleash more possibilities for the future.
